Fix Apple TV audio

  1. Check volume and mute on the TV, the soundbar, and any receiver.
  2. Reseat the HDMI cable and try the TV's ARC or eARC port for audio.
  3. Change the audio format: Settings › Video and Audio › Audio Format – try Change Format to Stereo if surround causes silence.
  4. Confirm AirPods or Bluetooth output is not stealing the audio.
  5. Restart the Apple TV and TV to reset the audio handshake.
