Fix Apple ID sign-in

  1. Verify the password on a device where you are already signed in.
  2. Approve two-factor authentication on a trusted device and enter the 6-digit code.
  3. Use web sign-in with the on-screen code so you do not type the password on the TV.
  4. Check Apple system status for an Apple ID outage.
  5. Reset your password if it is rejected repeatedly, then sign in again.

If you recently changed your password, you must sign in again everywhere with the new one.
